The rules and conditions for using CoachOS
Please read these terms carefully before using CoachOS. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
CoachOS is a software platform that provides tools for independent life coaches to manage their practice. It is operated by the CoachOS team and accessible at thecoachos.co and app.thecoachos.co.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CoachOS. By using the platform, you confirm that you are a professional coach or are evaluating CoachOS for professional use. The platform is intended for business use, not personal consumer use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@thecoachos.co if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
CoachOS is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude any applicable taxes.
We offer a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Professional Coaching Tools (add-ons) are charged separately from the base subscription. Each add-on is billed monthly. You may activate or deactivate add-ons at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into CoachOS, including data about your clients. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and process your clients' personal data, and for complying with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.
CoachOS, its logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent. Your content remains yours.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance at any time, with notice where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachOS is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
